Art Presence offers original artwork, limited-edition fine art prints, gallery posters, and merchandise.
Our products are prepared and fulfilled through different production processes depending on the artwork and format.
Standard shipping is included in the listed prices of eligible physical products.
1. Shipping Destinations
Art Presence currently ships physical products to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C.
We do not currently offer shipping to:
Alaska or Hawaii
United States territories
Military APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
International destinations
We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
2. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is included in the listed price of eligible physical products.
There is no additional standard shipping charge at checkout for eligible shipping destinations.
Applicable sales tax, when required, is calculated separately at checkout.
3. Limited Edition Aluminum Prints
Our Limited Edition Aluminum Prints are individually produced to order.
Each print is professionally produced on aluminum, prepared according to its artwork specifications, and inspected by the artist before delivery.
Limited-edition prints are signed, numbered, and accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
Estimated Production and Delivery
Approximately 5–8 weeks
This estimate includes production, artist inspection, signing, preparation, and delivery.
Actual timelines may vary based on production requirements, artwork dimensions, scheduling, and shipping conditions.
If a significant delay is anticipated, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
4. Gallery Posters
Gallery Posters are produced on demand through our fulfillment partners.
Framed and unframed posters may have different production and delivery requirements.
Production and shipping times vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, and destination.
The estimated delivery information available during checkout or through order communications should be consulted for individual orders.
5. Merchandise
Art Presence merchandise is produced on demand through fulfillment partners.
Items may include apparel, accessories, and other products featuring original artwork.
Production and delivery times vary by product and destination.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
6. Complimentary Marin County Delivery
Complimentary local delivery is available for eligible Limited Edition Aluminum Prints within designated Marin County ZIP codes.
Eligibility is determined by the local delivery options offered at checkout.
Local delivery is not generally available for gallery posters or merchandise.
How Local Delivery Works
Select the available local delivery option at checkout.
Your limited-edition artwork will be professionally produced and prepared.
Once the artwork is ready, Art Presence will contact you to coordinate delivery.
Delivery will be arranged for a mutually convenient time.
The estimated timeframe for local delivery of limited-edition aluminum prints is generally 5–8 weeks.
7. Order Tracking and Communication
Where tracking information is available, it may be provided through order confirmation or shipping notification emails.
Some orders may ship in separate packages or from different fulfillment locations.
For limited-edition artwork, we may contact you directly with production or delivery updates.
8. Shipping Delays
Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including production schedules, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and assist customers with delivery concerns.
Applicable legal rights concerning delayed or undelivered orders remain in effect.
9. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your artwork or merchandise arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive as expected, please contact us promptly.
For damaged or incorrect items, we request that you contact us within 7 days of delivery, when reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where available.
We will review the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy.
The requested notification period does not limit applicable legal rights.
